Do you offer home delivery for medicines?
Yes, we deliver medicines across Jagdishpur block and nearby villages. Delivery windows depend on your location — ask us on WhatsApp for an estimate.
Can I book a diagnostic test from home?
Yes, we offer home sample collection for most diagnostic tests. You can also walk in at our Esadhi Bazar centre directly.
How long do diagnostic reports take?
Most reports are ready within 24 hours. Same-day tests include CBC and fasting/PP blood sugar.
Do I need a prescription to order medicines?
Prescription-only (Rx) medicines require a valid prescription from a registered doctor. Over-the-counter medicines don't need one.
Does Elviona work with other pharmacies or retailers?
